Virtual Training
With Virtual Personal Training, you don’t have to go it alone. Workouts are customized to YOUR equipment (whether you have any or not), space, goals and fitness level. You can train 1-on-1, or with a partner, even a partner who doesn't live in the same city as you. What a fun and healthy way to connect with an old friend! We can strength train, do yoga, or a mix of both.
All you need is a computer with internet access. We’ll connect virtually through a program of your choosing: Zoom, Skype, Facetime.
