Hi I’m Louise,
Owner and Trainer at Boost Fitness.

I offer Personal Training, Small Group Training, Yoga and Health Coaching. I’m here to help you feel AMAZING in your body!

 

Whether your goal is to lose weight, have more energy, or reduce pain, I will help you every step of the way.

I meet you exactly where you’re at, and we progress from there at a speed that is appropriate for you. I custom plan each each and every workout according to your specific GOALS and body’s NEEDS, so that you can PLAY HARD in your daily life and not get hurt!

My goal is to help you train for longevity. I provide the accountability and motivation you need to stick with it, so that you can live a long, healthy, abundant life.

At Boost Fitness, we don’t just call it a workout, we call it “RECESS WITH RESULTS!”

“The first time I showed up at Boost Fitness, I was out of shape and had a knee injury that made me a little nervous about working out. Louise tailored all of our sessions to my fitness level -- always encouraging and supportive -- and had me do exercises that strengthened the muscles around my knee. My knee was pain-free after a month or so of working with Louise. I think of my workouts with her as *preventative* physical therapy for all of my non-injured parts! Beyond the nuts and bolts, she's an absolute pleasure to workout with. Super positive, smart as heck, and funny! Time flies by when you're having fun so choose your personal trainer wisely.”
