One on One Personal Training is the safest and most effective way to help you achieve your fitness goals.  Workouts are customized to YOUR goals, YOUR abilities and YOUR needs.

Sorry for sounding redundant, but we can't emphasize enough that our bodies are so unique! Whether you are dealing with a shoulder injury, knee surgery, chronic illness, or even a limited range of motion from sitting in front of a computer 5 days a week, your body is going to have specific needs and possible limitations.


One-On-One training works directly with those needs and limitations. Together, we assess your range of motion and abilities. We also do a thorough fitness evaluation. From there we design custom workouts with specific exercises and sometimes self myofascial release techniques (if necessary) to keep you performing movements efficiently and pain free. Because of this, Personal Training is the most effective way to help you lose fat, gain muscle, build your strength, boost your confidence, increase your physical capacity, and improve your health and life!




We assess muscular imbalances, learn what needs to be strengthened, and what areas are tight and need myofascial release.


From there, we can improve your range of motion, reduce pain, and ultimately get MORE out of your exercise.
